In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at flicka.home@outlook.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a suitable solution.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This is done on a case-to-case basis. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. Please keep in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The next point of contact would be your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us at flicka.home@outlook.com.au
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, it will be exchanged for the same item. If you need to request an exchange send us an email at flicka.home@outlook.com.au
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
